Default Can protien shakes be used as a meal replacement?

I don't want to gain or lose weight. I'm about to start teaching so I'm looking for a breakfast meal that will keep me full for a good while. I get hungry pretty easily so I'm always looking for things that are healthy and will keep me full for substantial periods of time, around 3-4 hours. I work out 3- 4 days a week but nothing rigirous, because agian I' not trying to build muscle or lose weight. Just maintain my current 124 lb and keep my heart healthy. Are protien shakes right for me?

Thanks for the help!

yes definately they will fit your schedule as well as what you are looking for which is not to lose weight but to maintain it. but the only thing is i would only reccomend shakes maybe 3 out of 5 days of the week. what im thinking is maybe every other day have a shake, and have a breakfast every other day.
