...some weight? Like a substitute for 2 meals.. then have one sensible meal that day?? I think the chocolate, the powder you mix yourself with milk, tastes great.
I mean, how could drinking a chocolate milk drink with vitamins and minerals, instead of solid food, NOT cause you to lose weight?

I suppose the results could be diffeent from person to person. I would think, though, that they would work great for weight loss.
