Today I picked up a jump rope.. I was just using a piece of rope I had at home for the past few days and realize i kind of like using the jump rope.. so I went out a bought a proper one which lets me adjust the length etc...
I've had a few people tell me that I look like I am losing weight! wow, i really didn't notice it myself until 3-4 people mentioned it... its great motivation!
Since my last post, I have been using my treadmill everyday. Although I was dead tired in about 10mins to start, now I'm up to about 30mins....
I feel like it is great progress... i'm going to start the power 90 program today as well and do 1 day cardio/one day resistance training..
