This is too cool my first time bloging on anything.. ok let me get to what got me on here Dr Bernstein Diet I'm a new mom that's going back to work soon so get this I was thinner pregnant than I am now crazy right! So I'm really thinking about doing the diet love the comments I've seen so far but question is what kind of food do you eat on the diet.
