I'm thinking about buying One A Day Women's vitamins but I don't know if it does help during a woman's menstruation. I feel terrible everytime I get my period with all the dizziness, weakness, and feeling sick with headache and all. I just bought Calcium (1,000 mg) with Magnesium (500mg) supplement the other day to be taken daily. I heard that this is a must for women over 35 (Accdg. to Oprah's Dr. Oz). With Calcium-Magnesium supplement, will it be too much if I take One a day Women's too? For those who have been taking One a Day Women's already, do you feel a lot better especially when you're having your period? I'm tired of getting sick every month! Please help.
