    Default growthhhhh?

i wanna grow right now so ive been like meditating to myself that my body's growing and believing that im growing. but obviously i gotta put in some real effort. so of course imma drink milk cuz i find it pretty good and it not only has nutrients for your bones, but it has hormones too. which milk has the most/best hormones? ive been drinking fat free organic Stremick's milk. love ittt.. hahaha ive been taking One a Day's vitamin supplements too along w. these supplements for hair/nails/skin and all natural digesting regulating pills. i think just eating healthy doesnt give enough nutrients. i believe in vitamins. but can it be bad to get too much of ur daily need of vitamins? i was thinking of taking supplements for my growth too. but what do i take for that? vitamin D? ive been thinking about taking in hormones too. like natural good ones. like in milk. haha where can i find those? i heard if u take hormones itll enhance ur appearance :]
eh. i just wanna get healthier. but it benefits in appearance too obviously. i wanna grow as much as i can. like 5'5 to 5'6. im5'3 right now

Keep drinking the milk. It really does a body good.

You can get too much of a good thing, so don't take too many vitamin and mineral supplements. A "One-a-day" type multi is fine, though I personally prefer supplements that have at least two tablets or pills per serving, and I'll take one morning and another at night to maintain blood levels of the nutrients.

As to hormone supplements, I strongly recommend against anyone managing this on their own. There are things that doctors can do for people to help them grow, but they usually only do them when it's actually necessary for the person's health.

You may also just want to accept your height. I was the shortest and smallest person in my high school until my Senior year, when a 9th grade girl (I'm a guy) finally was smaller than me. Of course, this is one of the main reasons as to why I eventually became a professional bodybuilder, but I'll never be considered a tall person... Actually, I'm a little below average, which as it turns out, is great for a bodybuilder!

So, maybe your lack of height (assuming that you're not already 6'6" and just want to be taller) has something that you can use to make it a positive?
