Default What is the healthiest liquid diet?

Im not looking for one for weight loss. I just eat really light during the day ( i eat a really healthy dinner though). Its just during the day I dont have a lot of time, and when I eat food (other than just munching on fruit and veggies) I find I get tired. So I want to make sure Im still getting all the nutrients and protein I need. What is a meal supplement I can take?

Well first I want to note that breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, and dinner should be your smallest. But...

Also make sure that any juices you drink are 100%, and then cut them in half with water so you don't get all that sugar. My doctor told me to drink those (I believe it's Carnation - its a yellow box) breakfast supplements, they're really good. They have all the nutrients you need for the day. Also, any of the V-8's are good, but make sure that's not all you're drinking (I turned orange because of all the carotene! not cute!)

i think the best nutrient drink with all the vitamins you will need is ensure, this comes in strawberry, chocolate , vanilla, dutch chocolate get them very cold they don't taste bad more like a milkshake. even hospitals use ensure for their patients so i do believe this is the best with all a body needs.

I ate this for a week straight on my liquid diet. Cant say I lost that much weight, however it taste soooo goood.

    Cheesy Potato Soup
Place one can of cream of potato soup in your blender. (Any brand will do, but I usually use Campbell's Cream of Potato.) Fill the empty soup can with milk and add to blender. Add 1tbs of shredded cheddar cheese, and 1tsp of butter or margarine. Blend the ingredients until rich and smooth. Be sure no potato chunks remain. Add more milk if your liquid diet requires a thinner meal. Pour the soup into a mug or soup bowl and microwave for up to two minutes.

You can try making fruits and veggie smoothies. There are variety of combinations you can try. It's quick and very easy to make and you can take it as a breakfast replacement.

You're looking for meal replacement right? Then I would have to agree with everybody. If you want protein, you can make homemade protein shakes or buy one of those meal replacement products. They are mostly complete in nutrients but be sure to alternate them with regular meals.
