    Default Will I loose my baby??

    Hi Angelsoq::

    I say that if you believe in the miscarrage, then it is going to happen!!

    If you say nope this is not going anywhere, and you shall have a baby!! It might just be that the baby is smaller then he is thinking!!

    It is in the power of positive thinking!! I too had this happen and I never let myself get beat down, instead I found a High Risk OB and took my progestone shots, and all is well, my son to be is now about 30 weeks, and moves all the time!

    I had just lost my twins two years to the day of being raped a little less then a year before I got pregnant with my baby now, and one pregnancy before the twins, so I was not about to be confident (and I still am not to be honest) but I did not allow negitive thoughts to come to my mind!!

    SO just be positive, rest, lots of water, raise your feet, and pray!! God can be the only one to make that call, not you or I, just him!! If he chooses to call the baby home, then there is a reason, for this, and you have to grieve and move on!!

    Good Bless and stay positive!!

    Everyone should make a note that in the medical community there is actually no such word as miscarriage, it is called an abortion. So what he said is normal.

    There is elective abortion, spontaneous abortion. Spontaneous abortion is what people refer to as miscarriage.

    if your HCG goes down then miscarriage is highly probably.

    Default Will I loose my baby??

    Here's my story hope this helps:
    With my 2nd daughter, I kept bleeding and having contractions real early in my preg, the dr. took my hcg levels on three different days, so when they get the last results, they call me from the office telling me I have to come in to talk about my results because it is very important, so I go in and she starts telling me that I should start thinking about getting an abortion because my baby is not developing the right way because my hcg levels are dropping very fast.. So I clearly asked her, "so you mean if I decide to go through this preg my baby is going to be developmentally disable?", she said yes, I was crying so much could not stop, I went to see two different dr's and they both told me that there is nothing scientifically proven that just because your hcg levels are going down does not mean there is a problem with the baby, after that my hcg levels just kept going up. I hope this also happens to you, because if your hcg levels do drop too low, you might end up having a miscarriage... Why don't you get a second opinion?
    Try not to stress too much, that is worse for the baby...
    My daughter is now 5 and she's perfectly healthy
