    Default Do you guys think No2 supplements are a scam?

    No explode, aakg, etc. etc. ok so i must admit they gave me great pumps and looked awesom... but are they just pumps .... does it actually help muscle growth?

    I haven't used them... I have slightly high blood pressure so I am not going to risk NO supplements... but I am using L-Glutamine, Creatine and protein and I think they are OK.

    However, from what I appreciate, if using NO, you are able to increase your max. That being so, muscle growth ought to follow, don't you think?

    I agree Icy Gazpacho. These supplements are just giving you a boost but you won't see the results if you don't work hard for it.

    That's a very common misunderstanding towards pills and supplements. There's no such thing as a "magic pill".
