N.O. Explode is by far the best nitric oxide/ energy suppliment out there. N.O. give you crazy amounts of energy for up to 3 or 4 hours. even after you're done working out, u'll have enough energy left over to work out again. it really doesnt make you lift more though, thats more of your muscle strength. NO is primarially a stimulant you know... like an extremely powerful energy drink.
If you're looking to get bigger, you need to take creatine and protein. creatine works best if its taken along with some kind of nitric oxide suppliment (N.O.)
protein is the basis of all muscle building though. no matter what, if you're looking to get big, its a necessity that you ingest at least 1gram of protein per pound of your body weight ( if you're 150lbs thats 150g). doesnt matter what kind of protein (fish, meat, bars, or protein shakes aka powder)
if you're not already eating the right stuff and on creatine. do that first. N.O is really just a performance energy drink that compliments creatine and vascular expanison (bigger veins allowing for more blood flow and oxygen to the muscles)
if you do decide to try creatine and N.O., be prepared to be drinking lots of water. u suggest at least 64oz per 5 mg of creatine, and 64oz per 1 scoop of N.O. thats at least 128 oz a day.
