Hi, If you are fat or you are over weight as per my experience say's don't go for any of the diet pills. Just go for weight loss diet plan. Maybe pills will give some good results to you but these are short term results. If you are serious about your body then go for some diet plan by some expert. well, these pills are good, if you dont depend entirely on them. doctors dont really advice them, but if you take them as an alternative to your complete exercises it is not good. but if you take them if you miss a day of workout and take them then they work wonderfully
