Hi Addstravel, I have some really good feedback after using the product.

I was approached by Appesat and asked to trial the product back in January and found taking it has really helped and so would reccomend it to others. It makes me feel full more easily and so I have been able to cut my portion sizes down effortlessly. Along with healthy eating and a bit of exercise, I have lost 3½ stone so far :-)

I was so pleased with the product I agreed to feature as a case study on their website (appesat.co.uk) where you can read my full story.

I am hoping that I can get back down to a size 12 and will keep using Appesat to reach my goal.

I hope you find it as useful as I did!

    Thanks for the feedback...

What sort of exercise were you doing?

No problem, I hope it helps.

I was doing a variety of exercise, I starting off just walking and swimming, but the more weight I lost, the more energy and confidence I had to try other excercises such as jogging or even going to the gym!

Appesat? What's that? I haven't heard of this before. How does it work?

Appesat is a diet pill and it's supposed to help suppress appetite. It's made from fiber found in seaweed extract. It also says to speed up weight loss by over 67%.

I read that it's effective and there are no reported side effects when using this product.

About 1-3 tablets should be taken 30 minutes before meal. After you ingested the pills, they say it will swell 3x its original size, thus, you will feel fuller even before you eat.

Sasa and kathy are right. I also want to add that although there are no reported side effects when taking this pill, there are some experts who would not recommend this pill since there are no actual clinical reports to ensure that is safe to use.

I don't know how much this product costs though. It seems to be expensive. If you take at least 3 tablets before meals, that 9 tablets a day and that around 270 tablets in a month.

It costs around $240 a month and is more expensive compared to other supplements. However, it has it's advantages since the pill has been proven to be effective for weight loss. Users can stop using the pill once they learn to control their portions.
