    Default Diuretic

A diuretic is a drug that increases the level of urination and provides a means of forced diuresis (increased secretion of urine).

Diuretics, or "water pills," are used medically to help relieve fluid retention in the body or as a means for treating high blood pressure. However this can also be purchased over the counter and has recently become famous for extreme weight-loss tool or for people with eating disorder but sometimes turn to diuretic abuse. They believe the diuretic is helping them control their weight but the truth is reduces the amount of water in the body. This is dangerous the abuse symptoms can include a fluid and electrolyte imbalance in the body which in theory is fatal.

Really? That is really scary as it is really dangerous to the body. The lack fluid and electrolyte is really dangerous to the body as dehydration can kill. If you have a medical condition, that is fine to take it because it will serve its purpose and will definitely come with another medication to help people with their condition such as blood pressure. If you only take this for weight loss purposes, you will potentially hurt yourself.

yeah that's really shocking! It's harsh too. We can still lose weight by eating right and exercising. Changing our lifestyle is also necessary to live well. It's better than taking weight loss pills and harming your organs that can cause your health.

Yes it really is. The initial side effects of thiazide diuretics may reflect as loss of appetite, itching, blurred vision, headache, stomach upset and weakness. Some even feel dizzy and light headed during the first few days. Some may also have some allergic reaction such as rash, itching, dizziness and difficulty in breathing.

I haven't tried diuretic pills before (or any other diet pills for that matter) but I think people who were using this are losing water weight instead of fats. Dehydration is also expected as one of the side effects since you body is forced to flush out fluids.
