Has anyone tried using anything with Green Coffee Bean Extract?
For example, Svetol or SkinnyLatte?
It looks like there is some actual, clinical evidence behind Chlorogenic acids (this web-page has listed some: fbshealth.com/skinnylatte_research.php)
They also had a review of the Proactol and/or Cactus research. I personally found the coffee research more compelling. Especially the stuff about diabetes.
The thing is, I've no doubt that there are plenty of overweight coffee drinkers. So, is it just a question of needing to take a lot of that stuff, or?
SkinnyLatte says it has 250mg of extract per piece. Svetol has 200mg. How much is actually in a cup of coffee, anyway?
