Thread: Zalak B

Hi, has anybody tried Zalak B? It is advertised as a new approach in reducing appetite, by reducing the volume of the stomach from inside. A friend of mine is on it, and lost 15 pounds in 45 days, but I am soliciting other opinions before I try it. Any help ill be appreciated.

One week on Zalak B. After Day 4 the feeling of fullness is really serious. I am down 3.5 pounds, not significant change in diet, the label requests low-salt/low-sodium diet only, which I used. More importantly, do not feel hungry. Have to drink lots of water, which was a problem this Sunday as I went to Banff with my son, needed to stop here and there to use the washroom. Company located in Calgary, Canada, my home city, so managed to talk to them. They do not provide free samples, nor refunds. They call it pseudofood, I did put 1 capsule in body temperature water -- indeed it swelled in 10-15 min to something like a swollen teabag looking like a miniature pillow. More details as time goes by...

Have you noticed any side effects? I read that it's an appetite suppressant and there other good words about it. Sounds too good to be true. Anyone else have tried this and only reaped benefits?
