Hi all!! I'm new to the forum - so here comes 1 million questions and I hope you can give me 1 million answers!!
7 months ago I decided I needed to lose weight!! So I did. I dropped 30 lbs in just under 3 months by doing the South Beach Diet. I had never tried a diet before, and considering I did it, STUCK to it, and accomplished as much as I did (and kept it off, I stopped it 4 months ago and I have gained back a whopping 2 lbs!) I was pretty pleased with myself.
P90x seems to have caught my interest and I need some serious feedback. I do go to the gym (nothing harcore, about 45 minutes 2-3 days a week, JUST weight training, I do cardio at home.) I have a child at home, so me finding something I could DO at home - would be so much easier and more personal than working out in a gym in front of a bunch of strangers.
Is it worth it? Is it do-able by the average person? Can anyone give me some feedback, and some starting tips? (I looked up the pre-fitness test online, and I can do the pre-fitness test, but it's pretty easy for girls!!)
I would really appreciate any feedback - or any user that who is a p90x expert and would like a student!
