I think you'll do great on P90X. But don't think in terms of the scale. Measure inches and bodyfat. Your weight might go up initially, because you are a good candidate for some early muscle gains outpacing fat loss.
You could also probably sustain a slightly bigger calorie deficit than the default. Presumably you fall at Level III, but you could probably drop a few portions. But really work on adherence to the clean eating. Better to turn a smaller deficit and not cheat and binge.
