i am a 26 year old female and I was muscular before i started the p90x lean program - and i started thinking this would help me to lean out. But, since i have started (i am on the second phase), my legs have gained size and along with my arms! That isn't what i wanted. I put on muscle very easy and im about ready to stop this in fear of getting even bigger. I love the workouts so it makes me sad to think about stoping. Does anyone have any suggestions - so i can continue to the workouts and get the results that i am looking for? Keep in mind that i only use 5 to 8 pound weights on everything that i do and i am still gaining! thank you.
