Do you have the Nutrition guide that came with the Program? And when you mention meat, at least for the 90-day challenge this should be lean choices, (ground Turkey, chicken and fish). You should have followed the Phase 1 Nutrition plan for about 30-days or so and should know be in the Phase Two. I used the Portion rather than specific meal approach and it worked for me. Also you mention egg and cheese. If you read my bio you will see that ditching the Egg yolks (at least most of them) and reducing the cheese was a difficult decision for me, but it is one that must be made for this short season in you r life.
