My roomate and I just started p90x together and I'm completely psyched about it!
What I was wondering, however, is if it is alright to do supplemental jogging. I'm a runner and have been for the last 13 years (I'm 23 now). I am not training for any race. I just enjoy the way it makes me feel. I don't plan to use it in place of any of the workouts but I plan on jogging in ADDITION to the workouts.
Is it okay to jog an extra 30 minutes a day (at least every other day)? I have about a 10 minute mile pace and I'm not straining myself on my jogs.
