This is a question mainly for Steve Edwards or the BB Staff, but other comments are welcome too.

I've been doing P90X for a little over a year now with a mixture of the X+ and the One on One workouts. I started to notice towards the end of my first round of the X that my abs were starting to develop, more on my right side than my left. Now, after about a year of working out, I have visible abs on my right side, but my left side is less developed, which causes them to not be visible unless I flex my abs.

I'm not sure exactly what could be the cause of this, but I have a few ideas. I know its not genetics, so that's eliminated. I'm a righty with just about everything I do, so my right side is more dominant, which is a possibility. I occasionally have lower back problems and I think my spine might be out of alignment (I don't know for sure but I'm looking to get it checked out soon). Also, my right foot is naturally turned a little bit clockwise. When I stand still my toes face slightly outward.

I thought about buying wrist/leg weights to wrap around my left leg to help even out the balance. I first started doing Ab Ripper X as my main ab routine during the first 2 rounds. Then when I got the One on One series I started doing Killer Abs for my ab workouts most of the time, with an occasional Abs/Core Plus when I want to mix it up. I feel my right abs burning when I do the Killer Abs workout, and my left side barely burns. Any help fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
