I have not tried it, but the theory is one in practice by gym rats all over, You stimulate muscle growth with cardio to burn tons of calories n still gain some muscle
I haven't tried it either but many are into P90X and are seeing a lot of positive results. What I heard is that the diet plan is flexible so you have lots of foods choices to still make you enjoy eating variety of foods. The workout routine though is strenuous so consider asking your doctor first for safety to see if this is the right program for you.
I read that the exercise lasts between half an hour to 45 minutes of serious and rigorous workouts. A lot of reviewers say that if you are not already in decent shape you should not attempt the P90X workout.
I heard this workout is tough. A guy I work with said it was killing him the first two weeks.
