hey sorry im new here and im not sure if im aloud to post here or what not
but
i just started doing the p90x 6 days ago, its pretty intense im dripping sweat every workout
but the one thing im not doing is following the diet plan
im not following it for the simple reason is that im already skinny
im 6 foot 2 and i weight just under 150 pounds
im also only 17 years old though
like ill eat a decent meal that will fill me up
what ever my mom makes for dinner which is normally some type of meat,potato's and all that
i got 2 questions
is there any food thats low in fat but will also get me gain weight?
also
will i get good results if i don't follow the diet plan, but i change my diet a little bit like getting rid of all the sugary foods
