Okay, well reading up on other forums about the yoga I noticed people get uptight when people want to skip yoga or change it or something like that. Well I actually need to replace it, and here's why:
When I was about 9 years old, I fell off monkey bars which were about 12 feet high, in a playground where the ground was gravel apart from the area underneath where all the gravel was moved away. Underneath that gravel was a big stone in the dirt which my lower back landed on. For a month I couldn't do much at all. I never went to the doctor either, unfortunately.
Anyway long story short after having an incredibly sore back after yoga I went to the doctor and he told me that what happened is that I damaged a part of my back and since I was real young my spine grew differently (not in a noticeable, freakshow way) and if I continue to do the yoga twists, etc then I risk damaging my back even more.
Anyway, any reccommended replacements? Especially for the rest week, two yogas.
