Default Advice on Classic or Lean program....Plz Advise

    Hello Everyone!!!

I have been doing P90X for 8 days now and doing good I started with the classic and already noticing some small changes. I am VERY addicted already .

But I would like some advice: I started doing this program to lose weight, tone up (get great arms, back, shoulders, biceps, abs) for my wedding dress. I have about 20-30lbs I want to lose in 2-3 months. I started with the classic program, but should I switch and do the lean program ..which program will get me the best results for what i want? Advice..please!!!!!!

    Hi sonyawinkworth,

Since you want to build muscles and lose weight, I suggest you stay with P90x classic schedule. The lean schedule is ideal if you want to lose weight before muscle building while the classic schedule will help you to burn fat and build muscle simultaneously.

    Goodluck and Congratulations

Congrats! Your goal is to lose 20-30lbs in 2-3 months? That's about 10 lbs a month. It sounds difficult but I hope you can pull it off

It's totally doable if you just focus and not get distracted. 10 lbs a month maybe difficult to achieve but if you stay on your P90x classic routine you'll be able to lose more. How much weight have you already lost? We'd like to hear about it
