    Default Restarting P90x - Share your Progress

    I have done P90x in the past but I have to go back. By far, it is the only workout that has worked for me. It increased my muscle tone and significantly decreased fat from my body. So now I have decided to be dedicated. I will update you guys with my every step so as to increase accountability on my part.

    I will be doing P90x Lean by the way. I started with 45 minutes of Cardio X today. I will take things slow this week and do the whole video next week. That way, my body will not be shocked by the intensity of the workouts.

    I'm on week six right now, and what I have learned is that results may vary. I dropped an easy 12 pounds already, but if I stuck to the diet I know I would have lossed more by now. I stick to it, but cheat just as well. 6 workouts a week is Xtreme, so you have to live a little and eat some enjoyable food. What some people don't know is that the people on the commercials have performed P90X various times to get their results. My overall goal is to finish the program, regardless of results. Then I want to pick it up again and keep going. One guy said it best..."Its not P90X, its P-LifeX!" Best of luck - I need it as well!
