I have done P90x in the past but I have to go back. By far, it is the only workout that has worked for me. It increased my muscle tone and significantly decreased fat from my body. So now I have decided to be dedicated. I will update you guys with my every step so as to increase accountability on my part.
I will be doing P90x Lean by the way. I started with 45 minutes of Cardio X today. I will take things slow this week and do the whole video next week. That way, my body will not be shocked by the intensity of the workouts.
