P90x - Classic vs. Lean
Hello everybody,
I've made some recent posts and now I need some assistance. What's everyone take on Lean and/or Classic? I'm 6', 230lbs, big muscles with a belly full of wings and beer that I need to get rid of. Stocky, not fat. Should I be looking into the Lean workouts? I'm on week 6 of Classic and I love it! I look forward to all of the workouts (except Plyo :<)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Lean or Classic? Trying to keep my muscle mass but drop that fat! Thanks!

Plyo's an absolute killer! In my 3-year experience with p90x I've really found Classic to be the most effective for getting legitimate results. Sounds like you're already over the hill entering your 7th week so if you're still feeling good on classic you might as well keep going. The 'lean' workouts are incorporated into the classic routine so it's not like you won't get the cardio benefits from core synergistics or cardio X. In my experience, I still believe that the best way to shed the fat is in the kitchen and not the gym, and believe me, that fat-shredder diet they have will do the trick even if it takes you a couple rounds! Thanks for the info! I believe that diet is a stronger workout myself. It gets tough after a while, but I think I'm going to stay on fat shredder for another month. A little cheat here and there adds up so its time to...."Bring It." LOL - thanks a bunch for your help. Week 9 here I come!
