    Default P90x RMR question

    Hello everyone,I'm not certain how to use the RMR in P90x. My body type is already lean except I have belly fat covering my abs. I calculated my calories and it came out to 2,340, which
    is level 1, so I guess I need to only have 1,800 calories? or stay with 2,340 calories?
    How should I approach this plan?


    My goal is simple, My body type is already lean except I have belly fat covering my abs, just want it removed while packing some muscle.

    I am no expert but if you are already lean, just lower your carb intake and have more protein then exercise more. Maybe go with 2,200? Although an expert's opinion is best

    This kind of nutrition plan is effective if done well and properly follow the procedure thus you need an expert to guide you and coaching you for a diet and nutritional success.
