Hello everyone,I'm not certain how to use the RMR in P90x. My body type is already lean except I have belly fat covering my abs. I calculated my calories and it came out to 2,340, which
is level 1, so I guess I need to only have 1,800 calories? or stay with 2,340 calories?
How should I approach this plan?
My goal is simple, My body type is already lean except I have belly fat covering my abs, just want it removed while packing some muscle.
