buy the prechopped lettuce and measure it out. it will sit better in a cup

Something like that doesn't have to be exact. I would think you could guess closely enough.

I wouldn't worry about being precisely accurate about the lettuce. It has very few calories and a smidge over or under won't make a difference.

Chop it up finely as for most sandwiches, & then it will be easy to measure with a cup

That is lots of lettuce. Look at your 1 cup measure and eyeball it. It is very good that you actually considered measuring it so I am giving you a star for this question. You deserve it.

Its probably 2 or 3 leaves. You could find out by chopping one leaf at a time and putting it into a cup and when you get to a cup, you'll know how many leaves to use next time.

i think that u could buy the chopped kind orjust cut the lettuce ur self other wise u could probly just put on how much u want.

I would think a cup would be about the same amount of a salad prepared on a saucer size plate.
