Default How can I loose stuborn belly fat with the mufa diet?

I have heard about the mufa diet and this is sort of my 3rd day on it. I say sort of because it's been hard having to have one of the monounsaturated fats at every meal. Any really simple recipe ideas?

Check out the official Flat Belly Diet! page on Prevention.com. There are recipes there. Good Luck!

unfortunately it will be hard to lose bellyfat if that is where a big amount of fat is stored. It is just genetics, and since the weight comes of evenly from all over your body, you will have to lose a lot of fat before you lose your belly. You can lose some but it will be hard to lose all.
