    Default Fruit-Filled Crepes

This is a great dessert recipe from Calorie Count so I thought I'd post it here.

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup Egg Substitute
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 tbsp Almond Meal
    1/2 tbsp Flax seed Milled
    1 SPLENDA QUICK PACK
    1/4 cup Raspberries
    1/2 cup cottage cheese

    Directions

    1. Mix up ingredients well and pour into a pre-heated frying pan lightly sprayed with PAM. Cook one side and then flip completely over and cook the other side.

    2. Mix the cottage cheese with raspberries. Sweetener* can be added to taste. Roll up and add sugar free syrup* and light whipped topping*. (*These are not in the calorie count)

    Servings: 1
    Serving Size: 240.8g
    Calories: 190 per serving

Note: If you want to use blueberries instead of raspberries, the calories per serving is 194.

Crepes are good... Yummy!!! I have a feeling that this would become my favorite snack. 190 calories? Hmm... Blueberries have 194 calories..Are there reduced fat version for cottage cheese? It might lower the calories a bit.
