Ingredients
1 slice bread, lightly toasted
1/4 cup nonfat cottage cheese
1/2 tsp. sugar
dash cinnamon
Directions
Spread cottage cheese over toast. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Place under broiler for a few minutes or until bubbly. Serve immediately.
