Avocado Toasties
This is another "MUST TRY" recipe. I love this. It's really yummy!!
Ingredients:
4 slices thick wholemeal bread
1 avocado, mashed
2 Tbsp low-fat cheese, grated
Directions:
Preheat griller, toast bread on one side. Spread mashed avocado on untoasted side.
Sprinkle with cheese and toast until cheese is bubbling.
Serve immediately.
Variations:
Add shaved ham, sliced tomato or crushed pineapple for variety.

Wow! Interesting! I want to try this.. Avocado and Cheese? That's uncommon to me.

Interesting indeed. This one is different.. I haven't tried this before. I'll try this one for breakfast tomorrow.

Oh, another breakfast recipe.. There's so many recipes posted recently and they are all interesting. I don't know which one to try first..
