    Default Kale Chips

    This recipe is low in calories and has zero fat. A healthy substitute to junk foods and a perfect guilt free snack.

    Ingredients

    1 bunch(es) (10-ounce) kale, rinsed and dried well
    Nonstick cooking spray
    1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. From kale, remove and discard thick stems, and tear leaves into large pieces. Spread leaves in single layer on 2 large cookie sheets. Spray leaves with nonstick cooking spray to coat lightly; sprinkle with salt. Bake kale 12 to 15 minutes or just until kale chips are crisp but not browned. Cool on cookie sheets on wire racks.

    Interesting.. I haven't thought of this before.. I'll definitely make this.. 15 calories in 1 cup? For real? Awesome!!

    Kale? Chips? Really? What an idea.. It's quick and easy to make too.. Hmm...I'll buy some kale today and try this recipe tonight.

    I made this one yesterday and I didn't expect it to taste good. I'll make this again tooday.
