    Default Salami and Cheese Panini

I really wanted to try this but i wanted to ask your opinion first. This recipe only has 263 calories per serving, which sounds too good to be true. I got this recipe from Country Living. What do you think?

    Ingredients

    8 slice(s) rye bread
    4 teaspoon(s) sharp, hot mustard
1/2 head(s) (small) radicchio, thinly sliced
    1/2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
1/4 pound(s) hard salami, thinly sliced
1/2 pound(s) Jarlsberg cheese, thinly sliced
    4 teaspoon(s) butter, melted

    Directions

    1. Spread 4 slices of bread with mustard.

    2. Toss the radicchio with the vinegar, place on top of the mustard-spread slices of bread. Layer each sandwich with 3 slices of salami and 3 slices of cheese. Top with the remaining bread. Brush both sides of the sandwich with butter. Grill in a panini press until cheese is melted -- about 4 minutes. Serve immediately.

I think the calorie count is wrong.. There's salami, cheese, bread and butter. That along is what?...around 500 calories?

I agree.. unless you only eat half of the suggested serving.. That would be enough to make you feel full.. Of course, you can always research the calorie contents of salami, cheese, bread and butter and see if it's possible to only have 263 calories per serving

The recipe is from Country living? What did the review say? I'm sure someone already tried this..We should read what they have to say about it.
