    Default Avocado Banana Smoothie Recipe

Here's a quick, simple, lip smacking dessert for you to try:

    Serves 4

    - 1 banana broken into chunks
    - 1 ready to eat avocado
    - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (substitute with 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 small cup vanilla yogurt otherwise)
    - some sweetener to taste (I used 1/3 tsp Stevia powder = couple 2tbsp sugar)
    - 1.5 cups skim milk

Throw everything into a blender and refrigerate for a nice cool dessert

I can tell that this would taste amazing. I love avocado and banana but I never thought of mixing them together.

Not sure of the calories per serving but this is a must try. You can just tweak the ingredients to lighten it up. Natalie Minh is working out so she has protein powder added on the ingredients. You can just use skim milk if you want.

Did anyone try the recipe yet?
Sounds interesting. Last week I got a full bag of avocado. I left the on the counter top. I had a couple but the others got spoiled. I used to store all my veggies in the fridge. once I get them home. I guess I need to go back again to chilling my veggies so they last longer

I tried this smoothie and it's delicious! I love banana and avocado so much and this is just one healthy smoothie for everyone. I used vanilla yogurt though instead of vanilla protein powder and I very much like it. Everyone can try this healthy drink and can be a great substitute to snacks
