Pumpkin pies are usually high in sugar, fat and calories but this version by Emily Zaler, it's packed with protein, no added sugar, and low in calories.
Ingredients
1 Scoop Vanilla or Cake Batter Protein Powder
2 tabelspoons ground flaxseeds
3 egg whites
¼ cup pumpkin
Stevia to taste
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste
Directions:
Blend all and bake in a mini pie dish at 350 for about 20 minutes.
