    Default Low Carb Pumpkin Pie

    Pumpkin pies are usually high in sugar, fat and calories but this version by Emily Zaler, it's packed with protein, no added sugar, and low in calories.

    Ingredients

    1 Scoop Vanilla or Cake Batter Protein Powder

    2 tabelspoons ground flaxseeds

    3 egg whites

    ¼ cup pumpkin

    Stevia to taste

    ½ teaspoon baking powder

    ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

    Pumpkin Pie Spice to taste

    Directions:

    Blend all and bake in a mini pie dish at 350 for about 20 minutes.

    Cals: 235 | Fat: 5 g | Carbs: 4 g | Protein: 36 g

    235 calories per pie? I don't really spend that much calories for dessert but I'll definitely try this recipe one of these days.
