ok so i am starting a diet plan but i don't know where to start.
i will start going to the gym everyday for about 1 hour 3days will be pushing myself hard and the other 4 will be just walking or something...unless you have a better idea for me...
well to my actual plan i am going to walmart to get groceries and i don't know what to get...any ideas? i heard equal good and bad about the south beach diet so i don't know...and the same for the slim fast drinks and stuff
let me know what you think i should do please and thank you
oh and i will be going to visit my family in about 2 months i would like to lose as much as i can by then.

and i am looking for ideas so if you are just wanting to get points please don;t waste my time by leaving pointless comments...I AM SERIOUS ABOUT NEEDING HELP
