    Default help with diet plans?

    ok so i am starting a diet plan but i don't know where to start.
    i will start going to the gym everyday for about 1 hour 3days will be pushing myself hard and the other 4 will be just walking or something...unless you have a better idea for me...

    well to my actual plan i am going to walmart to get groceries and i don't know what to get...any ideas? i heard equal good and bad about the south beach diet so i don't know...and the same for the slim fast drinks and stuff

    let me know what you think i should do please and thank you

    oh and i will be going to visit my family in about 2 months i would like to lose as much as i can by then.

    and i am looking for ideas so if you are just wanting to get points please don;t waste my time by leaving pointless comments...I AM SERIOUS ABOUT NEEDING HELP

    Hi Danielle,

    If you are serious about weight loss then you need to stick to the following plan for 2 months (preferably forever but we'll start with 2 months). Eat lean protein and vegetables at every meal, including breakfast. Save fruit such as berries for sugar cravings. Cut out soda, candy, sugar, honey, white potatoes, alcohol and crappy carbs such as cereal, crackers, granola bars, muffins, cake, pie, pastry, pancakes, waffles, fast food, basically anything that is prepackaged.
    Exercise at least 3-4x/week using strengthening exercises, think body squats, push ups, leg curls, inverted rows, front plank, side plank and ab roll outs.
