I'm at rock bottom now. I workout for about 40 to 45 min on the treamill with intervals of speed, about 4 to 5 times a week. some day i so weights as well. I'm 5'3" and abou 138lb. not big, but i do everything and I would love to be about 125. I KNOW i dont' wanna hear that i"m already at a good weight.I try to aim about 1200 to 1400 calories. Nothing's working. I dont' want to cut my calories cause below 1200 is bad and i know that, i was considering an atkins or south beach diet but i didn't know if you gain the weight back and atkisn is scary cause to never have carbs again would pretty much be hard with family events and unplanned social gatherings (I'm 18 btw) any help? Any diets that have worked to lose weight and maintain it???!?!?
