Thread: What is a good meal replacement bar?

Promax diet bars are great, and don't taste to bad

i eat luna bars and they contain the following:
170 to 190 calories
8 to 10 grams of protein (some flavors/varieties might have less)
5 or less grams of fat total (and a good amount of that fat is NOT saturated, yipee)
they aren't super filling, though, so i would suggest them as a snack and not a meal replacement...but i hope that helps.

Try Zone bars. I get them in big packs at Costco to save money. They taste pretty good, low on carbs.
