I have a list of what general foods I can have and what general foods I can't have. However it tells me that I can have like lean meats, vegetables, no fruits or starch, etc (Yeah, I'm in Phase One) But I'm not exactly sure what that includes. For instance, I'm looking for specific meals I can have on this diet. Because yes, I'm a little food-dumb. Surprise, surprise.

What are some good, non-gourmet combinations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? You know, common stuff I can make around the house.. not some fancy salmon dish. Ohyeah, I don't like fish. Anything else though, I can deal with.

I basically need a simple grocery list.. I'm going to walmart tomorrow.
