i plan on going on the south beach diet but for phase one i will be on it for 3 weeks instead of 2. i will also be working out to slim in 6 videos for 1 hour everyday and some light cardio on the tredmill. if you do not know what the south beach diet is or slim in 6 take a look at these sites and then get back to me
