Well you need to eat fat to burn fat!! that is how the diet works!! and plus 5 grams is not that much!!!
If you're trying to lose weight, I wouldn't recommend those bars. I think the point of them is to eat them instead of food, so if you're still eating then you're just going to gain weight from the bars. I used to eat those to gain weight so I should know.
Some low fat snack bars didn't taste so good, and I think this is only useful to make you full for a short time. Maybe its better if you eat small portion for a couple times a day
