Hello,
I have taken it in the past and have lost 38 pounds....
2 in the morning and 2 after lunch... but i cannot find it anymore![]()
Oh - there is no such thing as magic and that extends to diet pills. Some pills may work on some people, most don't. Most diet pills contain stimulants of some sort such as caffeine.
Diet pills are short term fixes that don't solve long term problems. If you're overweight because you don't understand what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat, a diet pill is the beginning of an ugly road. That road eventually reveals itself as the yo-yo diet. It doesn't matter what you used, if after the first diet attempt you failed to achieve your goals, you need to take a serious look at what constitutes nutrition and regularity. Generally speaking, good nutrition means lots of raw vegetables and not much pastry, pasta or other flour products or dairy.
If you're a person who has blood sugar problems, then you may be over-weight or under-weight. Either way, diet pills are not something you want use for a prolonged period of time.
The best thing to do before trying any of them is to see your doctor first and get you blood sugar checked.
Using yourself as a ginea pig can cause you some serious health issues that are more expensive to treat than eating properly in the first place.
could you give me idea what is that all about?
I've never tried that before.
I recently started a meal replacement shake that is absolutely delicious. It's called F.I.T.T. While just replacing one meal a day, any meal i choose, ive already lost 7 pounds over the past 6 weeks. As we know the slower we lose the weight the longer it will stay off. There is undenatured whey protein in the shake.
email me directly if you'd like more info.
