It claims that it burns up fat cells because of the heat that it generates and also has a positive effects on metabolism but according to what I have read, fat cells do not burn at all. The number of fats cells in our body remains the same by the age of 30 because it could not destroy fat cell membranes anymore. It could only try to empty the cells, which means that the little layer around the middle will always be there. Another problem is that the ingredient used in caffeine. According to what I read, one dose only contain 80mg of caffeine which is lesser than the regular cup of coffee that contains 120mg. However if the supplement is taken a few times a day as directed it can cause nervousness, sleeplessness, increased heart rate, and dehydration. when working out, dehydration is a disadvantage when working out because the volume of blood available to deliver oxygen to the muscles is less thus the exercise capacity is lesser.
One of the problems is that it also contains Ephedrine which has already been banned because of it's side effects. It produces cardiac abnormalities so it's not suitable for people suffering from high blood pressure, heart or thyroid problems.
Some users complained of nausea, numbness on the hands, dry mount, and terrible headache that will only go away when the consumption of the supplement is stopped.
These are only some of the side effects that I have found over the internet and there are still more. The decision whether to take weight loss supplements depends on the person. Some supplements work and for others causes some problems. It's a consumers discretion actually but I advise that before deciding to buy weight loss pills, do some research first so you will be enlightened and become aware of its side effects and what it will do to your body.

. Caffeine has helped me stay active and awake when I need to. It also energizes me so I like it but I always make sure that I take it in moderation to avoid any other health risk
