    Vitamin E is in international units?
    How does this equate to mags or mcgs?

    How many international units are there to make a mgs or mcgs?

    One IU is 0.67 milligram of alpha-tocopherol so to convert vitamin e to milligrams, multiply the number of IUs to 0.67. Hope that helps.
