Do they make a supplement that helps keep the mind sharp? Something that helps the body flush toxins from the bloostream that could enter the brain and give you that "foggy" feeling from time to time.

There are supplements available in the market but I suggest you get these vitamins from these food sources:

Eggs (great source of protein and helps memory developments)
Almonds and macadamia (contains vitamin e which helps protect membranes of brain cells)
Whole grain rice and bread (contains b vitamins which helps improve brain functions)
Berries (like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and cherries. Contains vitamin C which helps improve memory)

It's always best to get your vitamins the natural way since there are no side effects in doing so.

I heard that Thinker's Edge, GinkgoIQ, Brain Booster and MegaMind helps so you might want to look into those.
